Let's first take a look at the principle of this type of compensator: it mainly uses Pascal statics principle to make the internal pressure self balanced, the bellows expansion joint only has the elastic force generated by the deformation stiffness, and the buttress (seat, frame) in the pipeline system only takes the elastic reaction generated by the deformation stiffness of the bellows expansion joint and the friction resistance of the pipeline. The expansion energy saving of straight pipe pressure balanced corrugated pipe can meet the requirements of pipe thermal expansion or cold contraction and displacement change under external force, and reduce the load of fixed buttress.
Curved pipe pressure balance is mainly applicable to petrochemical, iron and steel, electric power, non-ferrous metal and other departments, and is installed at the bend of the pipeline or on the space pipeline connected with the equipment. It can compensate the axial displacement and lateral displacement without producing internal pressure thrust to the pipeline system or other equipment.

2. After installation of curved pipe pressure balanced corrugated compensator (expansion joint), all small pull rods must be removed.
3. In order to reduce the elastic reaction force of bellows expansion joints on the support, such bellows expansion joints can be pretensioned or preloaded before installation.
